We are recruiting an exciting role; Finance Assistant, which will support TEG Europe – Touring team and Ticketek UK from our Bristol based offices.

Ticketek is owned by TEG and has over 40 years’ experience ticketing the biggest live events and venues in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Singapore, the Philippines and Malaysia, Ticketek is the leading ticketing partner to the sport and live entertainment industry and operates the UK’s most advanced multi-channel ticket sales and distribution network.
This role, of Finance Assistant, will have the opportunity to work with the Heads of Finance and Financial Accountant to initiate innovative and practical improvements to ensure the Finance department continues to be pro-active and add value.
The Role
As Finance Assistant for Ticketek UK and TEG Europe – Touring team, you will:
- Perform Touring balance sheet reconciliations
- Have responsibility for the client settlement process
- Process sale imports and payment run entries
- Process refunds, where required
- Assist both Ticketek UK and Touring Heads of Finance with ad hoc tasks
The Person
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a Financial Assistant role
- Has Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience in reconciliations and settlements
